Part 2

Jessica couldn’t believe the face of the person she was now looking at in the Nurse’s office. It was her old friend Amy! Amy was a couple of years older than her, but Jessica had always been secretly proud that she had been the prettier one between the two of them. Amy for one, had never grown any breasts. That had definitely been one of the things to change about the older girl whose huge late bloomer chest now made Jessica’s own pair look like tiny cutie oranges in comparison to her cantaloupes. College apparently had served her well, because the previously plump nerdy girl now practically looked like a bombshell pinup!

The two friends hadn’t talked much since the older Amy had gone away to college. Jessica had been a little upset about it for a while, but Amy had stopped messaging her after a while so she’d figured that her friend had out grown her. Despite that, here she was! Standing right in front of her! In a nurse’s uniform no less.

“Amy?? What are you doing here?” Jessica blurted out once she could find her words, too shocked to even think to stop her old friend from poking, prodding, and rubbing against her soggy and saggy pull-up. She was so embarrassed as she sat there on the examination table. She had often felt like the prettier one, but even so while they were growing up Jessica had inevitably often felt like the younger one with her older friends and that often left her as the butt of most jokes. Because of this she had always been trying to prove herself to be one of the older girls too, not the little baby they treated her like half the time. Unfortunately, the exact opposite of that was happening to the poor girl right now.

Amy smirked and looked down at her and her saggy pull-up over the rim of her glasses. As she examined Jessica’s... condition... she spoke, “Who me? I’ve been here for a little while now honey, on and off. You knew I was going into the medical field. Well, I chose a familiar place to come do most of my volunteer hours. So I’ve been here for at least a month now and will probably finish out the rest of the school year. Besides, it’s so quiet around here normally that the Chief Nurse usually just lets me handle the station by myself. And I gotta say... I’m pretty happy that she did this time.”

Jessica squirmed uncomfortably on the table as her friend thoroughly checked her pull-up. “Heh, Amy you know... I don’t really need these very often right? This was just a really unique situation. You see I had this big test, and the teacher’s a real jerk, and I didn’t want to...”

“Shhh...” Amy said with a warm smile as she stopped the younger girls’ words by placing a finger on her lips. “Enough honey, let me go get you something to change into.” Amy walked away, slipping behind the counter again.

At the thought of getting her ‘diaper changed’ by her old best friend, Jessica could feel her skin crawl. She quickly got off the examination table and slipped her skirt back on. “Ya know, I just remembered... I think I have a spare after all somewhere. So I’m just gonna get going...” Before she could move off the table, Amy came back out from the curtain holding something poofy and white with colorful designs on it.

“Not so fast Jessica, I don’t think you should be going anywhere sweetheart.” Amy flipped up the younger girls’ skirt and examined her saggy pull-up one more time. “Sweetie, you soaked this thing. I’m surprised you’re not leaking. Even if I believed you that you were going to get yourself a change, I don’t know if that’d be good enough. So I want you to try one of these.”

The older girl unfolded the plastic thing she was holding and Jessica was horrified to realize that it was a diaper! A big poofy and cartoon patterned covered diaper that was plenty big enough to fit around her butt. Amy opened the diaper up completely and laid it down next to Jessica on the exam table. “Now come on sweetie, take that skirt back off. I don’t want to hear any more of this nonsense.”

“B-but Amy... I’m not... I don’t wanna...”

Amy responded by firmly placing her hand on Jessica’s chin. “Girl, would you rather wear something kinda embarrassing like this, or leak a pull-up and piss your pants in the middle of class? Your choice.” Jessica could feel her face burning from embarrassment, but she also knew that her friend was kinda right.

With a gentle sigh, she pulled her skirt back down her legs, and kicked it off her ankles. “Can’t I at least put it on myself?” Jessica whined, hoping she’d be able to keep at least some aspect of her pride today.

Amy simply chuckled in response. “Girl we’ve gone skinny dipping before, I’ve seen you naked. It’s nothing different than what I have downstairs. Plus, you’d be surprised, the tabs on this thing can be a little bit tricky the first couple times.”

Amy smirked to herself, that had more or less been a lie, but she couldn’t pass up this opportunity to witness this.

“Fine...” Jessica whined. As Amy finished prepping the diaper and getting some powder, Jessica sheepishly pulled the saggy pull-up all the way down her legs and off, then covered her private parts with her hands, trying to prepare herself mentally for what she was about to let happen.
