Lacy liked to remind her friend that she was the best friend ever because she would go along with whatever crazy scheme or idea Molly had, usually with no questions asked. The next 15 minutes at least, were filled with Lacy being her best friends’ guinea pig and posing in whatever childish way she could imagine.

Playing with toys, reading a children’s book, sucking her thumb. The both of them were just being silly. Molly looked like she was very much enjoying how cute her friend was being and Lacy would be lying if she said she was hating her job as the model.

Finally, Molly said something that made Lacy pause, “Okay... but what if you dressed up a little bit?” She said in a short quiet comment, but plenty loud enough for Lacy to hear.

Lacy gave her friend a weird look. “What’d you mean? Like dress like a little kid? What’d you want me to put on a diaper?”

Both girls were blushing immensely at the suggestion, but also giggling a little. “Sure! Why not? Hehehehe.” Molly said. “You’ve been a good girl so far, why not be a really good girl and where your little diapies, hmmm?”

Lacy was a little nervous, but ehhh... the two of them were best friends right? It’s not like they hadn’t done embarrassing stuff in front of each other before. This was just for fun. She let out a soft sigh before saying, “Alright I’ll do it, but you know these things are never ever fit over my butt right?” She said as she held up one of Molly’s sister’s little princess pull-ups.

Molly grinned, “Oh don’t worry! I already thought of a better solution!” She rushed out of the room, calling back “Take your pants off!”

Even though Lacy had known Molly forever, the girl was an expert at making her blush sometimes. Despite her reservations, it wasn’t like it was anything new though. The two of them had gone skinny dipping together before and it wasn’t like either of them had anything they hadn’t seen before. Lacy worked to remove her boots and socks as Molly came back in holding something behind her back.

Molly tried to hide it from her friend, but her cheeks turned a deep shade of red as she caught a glimpse of the pretty girl without pants on.

“I cannot believe that you’re actually going to go through with this. You’re adorable.” Molly said, giggling as she looked over at her friend taking her shoes and socks off.

“You’re the one who came up with the idea.” Her friend Lacy responded, as she slipped her heeled boots off her feet. “I’m just taking you up on it.”

She finished removing her shoes and socks, then stood back up. She looped her fingers into the waistband of her yoga pants and pulled them down around her ankles, revealing the cute pink polka-dot panties she was wearing with little bows on them.

While Molly had seen her naked before, there was no reason she needed to show her right now. Wearing nothing but panties on her bottom half, Lacy put her hands on her hips and asked, “So what’s this other idea you had, hmm?”

Giggling to herself, Molly pulled out the thing she was holding behind her back and Lacy immediately knew what it was, looking at the crinkly plastic sides and the blue tapes on it. “This!” Molly held it out, barely working to stifle her giggles.

Smiling as she shook her head a little, Lacy took the crinkly garment from her friend and held it out in front of her, examining it. “Why do you have this?” She asked as she unfolded it, a little confused.

Molly shrugged, “It’s for when Grandma comes to visit. I don’t know if she really needs them, but Mom keeps a pack of them just in case.” A grin grew on Molly’s face, as she winked at Lacy. “Lucky for us hehehe.”

Lacy smirked as she shook her head again at her friend. “Alright, I’ll put it on, but turn around.”

“Fine, hehe.” Molly did as Lacy asked, a little disappointed but not surprised. She listened as Lacy took her undies off and finished unfolding the diaper. As she put the garment on she asked,

“Your Mom said 7:30, right?”

“Yeah, don’t worry baby butt. We’ve got plenty of time. It’s not even 5:30 yet. Worst case scenario, if we hear them, I’ll go distract them while you run to the bathroom with your clothes.”

“Alright, alright.”

“Are you ready yet?” Molly asked.

“Almost... and... okay. Done! Now I am. How do I look?” Lacy said, giggling.

Molly turned around and almost felt light-headed. Her best friend looked ADORABLE! As she stood there in just her cute blue shirt and the white poofy garment, she held her hands on her hips and flashed a big smile at Molly.

“Do I look cute?” Lacy asked. “Don’t I look cute?”
