Zoe felt littler and cuter than she had in years as Rosemary led her towards the nursery. “Oh! This place is adorable!” Rosemary said as she walked in for the first time. She giggled. “I’m honestly a little bit jealous.” Rose led Zoe over to the changing table and lifted the older girl up onto it. She then smiled and grabbed one of the pacifiers and offered it to Zoe.

Zoe blushed and hid a little smile before opening her mouth and accepting the paci. Rose smiled back at her. “You are so precious.” Then Rose went to work on changing Zoe’s diaper. She was very thorough in cleaning all of Zoe’s nooks and crannies. While Rose was poofing baby powder onto her crotch, Zoe couldn’t help the butterfly feeling in her stomach that she absolutely enjoying this. For almost two weeks she had been getting diaper changed by her father and Stepmother, but when they did it she felt embarrassed. But Rose had a different air about her that made her feel relaxed, little, calm, and even… cute.

“All done!” Rose said as Zoe snapped out of her thoughts. A brand new poofy pink shaded diaper was wrapped around her privates. Rose lifted her up and set her back on the ground before dressing her back up in her overalls. “Are you hungry babygirl?” Rose asked. Zoe thought to herself for a moment and then nodded. “Okay! Then I’ll whip you up a snack sweetie.” Rose took her by the hand again and led her to the living room. She sat her down on the floor and turned the TV on to Dora the Explorer. Then she laid out several toys for her. Stuffed animals, blocks, and plenty more.

“Okay baby,” Rose said to the girl sitting on the floor. “Now I’m going to go make you a snack. You just relax and enjoy yourself.” Then she handed Zoe the bottle that her Stepmother had left on the counter. Rose then walked into the kitchen.

As she sat there Zoe looked around and noticed Rose’s duffle bag still sitting by the door. It was probably filled with several outfits of Rose’s… including panties! If she wanted to Zoe could move from where she was sitting and steal Rose’s clothes and leave. Leave and never come back! Become an adult again!

And yet…

Zoe’s eyes turned towards Dora and she picked up two stuffed animals that she begins to play with. This all reminded Zoe of when she was actually little. When she had no responsibilities, no job, no school, no worries. Life was easy, and calm, and fun! She was actually enjoying this! She couldn’t believe it but she was enjoying being treated like a baby.

Zoe sipped from her bottle as she played with her toys. She could hear Rose, the responsible adult in the house, making something for her. She could barely believe that this was starting to become so normal for her. Panties, real panties were only feet from her yet she wasn’t taking them. Why? Did she enjoy this? Was she nervous that she’d have a real accident in them if she tried to go back to real panties? She couldn’t say for sure.

Zoe played with her stuffed animals and had much more fun doing it than she had in a very long time. She let her imagination run wild and felt excited about being a kid again.

When her mom had died Zoe had grown up way too fast. She had missed out on most of her childhood because she was so sad from her mom leaving them. She had gotten an early job and had let most aspects of her lost childhood go, along with her innocence.

But now, from such simple things she felt as if she was gaining some of it back!

After several minutes Rose came back to get her. “Okay sweetheart! Snack time!” Rose turned off the TV and picked Zoe up and carried the girl on her hip. Zoe was impressed at the younger girls’ strength. Zoe was carried to the kitchen where a high chair was set up. Zoe blushed when she saw it. Stepmother had had the high chair custom made. It was an exact replica of the high chair that Zoe had used when she was actually a baby.

Rose sat her down in it and strapped her in. Then she placed a bowl of mushed fruits in front of the girl. Zoe looked at the goop and thought that it didn’t look amazing but it didn’t look bad either. Rose pulled a spoon out of the cupboard and sat in front of the high chair. She scooped up some of the mush and said, “Alright baby! Here comes the train!” As she inched the spoon closer to Zoe’s mouth the girl opened and swallowed the food which tasted much better than she had expected it too.

This is great! Zoe though to herself. It’s like having a butler feed you. “Here comes the airplane!” Rose shouted out and started making airplane noises before careening the spoon into the older girl’s mouth.

Zoe felt extremely childish and silly for playing along but she had to admit that Rose was making her giggle.

Several minutes went by as the two girls enjoyed snack time. Zoe was enjoying being taken care of more and more while Rosemary was having fun enjoying the “little sister” that she never had. Soon enough the bowl was empty and Rose stood up and washed the bowl in the sink. She turned back to Zoe and said, “Hey sweetie? Do you want to watch a movie?” Zoe’s eyes lit up. She loved movies! Zoe quickly nodded eagerly, making Rose giggle.

“Okay okay baby.” Rose lifted Zoe out of the high chair and set her down on the floor. “Go pick one out babygirl, I’ll finish up with the dishes and be right behind you.” Zoe ran into the living room and began looking through the selection. As she searched through her normal selection she decided that she was going to pick a movie to suit her new status. She quickly searched and found what she was looking for.

Rosemary came back into the room and Zoe quickly handed her her selection: Tangled. Rose smiled at her, “Perfect.”
