Now that you're mentioning it, Seren's facial expressions are well done. So are his moves and stances. That is probably why the sequence works so well. Also, it's a good idea to have dressed him in a white dress for this scene.

Why thank you! It's really fun for me to put him in those stances, too! As I imagine it, he doesn't fully realize the way he's holding his arms, his wrists, but everyone else notices.

Glad you liked it. The story is diverging from the books with a different set of conflicts for Serren. However, there are still some scenes from the original book coming. Hopefully it will continue to be fun.
