This is a recreation of a panel from the classic DC gender swap comic Super-Sister, in which an alien turns Superboy into a girl to punish him for his sexist attitudes.  I will be putting out my own gender bendery variation --- sometime sorta of soon once I wrap up one of the many projects I am already releasing!
