(Joker knocks on the door).

Batman (to himself): "Oh no no no! He's here! I'm not ready to handle him. Harl's feelings and his presence might trigger an accelerated reaction."

Joker: "KNOCK KNOCK HARLEY. I'm a hospital patient but I'm not patient!"

Batman: "Knock Knock who's there Mista J?"

Joker: "The joke doesn't work when you say the name of the person who's actually there!"

Batman: "HAHAHAHHAHAHAHA! Ooopsie doodle!" (to himself) "Oh no, laughing makes it worse. I need to get out through the window but I wanna see my J-Man!"

(Batman opts to open the door and runs to it, accelerating the changes).

Batman: "Awwwwww puddin'!!!!!!"
