An oblong jasper stone that, when attuned and wielded, ejects a volatile flow likened to Umbolo’s Tear.

Untrained Talent

If you are not proficient with martial weapons you may still use this whip with proficiency, but when you attack you must save on a DC 10 Strength saving throw or drop the weapon.
