CM - Hyper Pregnant Mei (Patreon)

I’ve had another  opportunity to draw Mei but, instead of some extra pudge, this time  she’s heavy with child (emphasis on “heavy”). Suffice to say, she’s  still not accustomed to hauling around such a massive girth, especially  with those huge milk mounds on top of it. =p
