$8 CM - Nami vs. Shadows (Part 1/2) (Patreon)

Today we've got another commission for Zarborg987, This time, he's requested to see one of his favorite One Piece characters (Gecko Moria) stuffing a certain petite pirate full of shadows! Apparently that's a thing he can do (I don't want the show). :P Anyway, this is part one of two and if you've seen Zargorg's other commissions, you know what kind of experience Nami is in for. ;)

Not much else to say about this one, though I use a 3D model posing program (DesignDoll) to help me figure out this pose. My original sketch wasn't too far off, but I was having trouble figuring out the shoulder positioning. I'll probably use a model guide from now on because it was quite easy to set up and really helps with learning proper anatomy. Oh, and I'm also still trying to figure out a good "sketch" style, I'm still being far too neat with these things. :P
