In regards to deleting pledges (Patreon)

I mentioned it on twitter, so I'll say it here too: If you want to delete your pledge because you need to take care of yourselves right now or you saw my last post and don't want to stick around if rewards are going to be delayed, I totally get that, I really do. I try to be as consistent as possible, but life hasn't made it easy lately, I'm sorry.

I have zero intention of holding your money hostage just because crazy shit is going on in this country or even my personal life, that's why I've always tried to communicate and make it up to y'all when stuff like this has happened in the past. At the end of 2019, I hit an unexpected rough patch and spent an entire month drawing 8 images of every single character on the last poll of the year to make up for it. I had my page paused for a few months during 2020 because I knew I was in a bad spot. Today, I said I'll make up for this month if things go south.

But if you want to stop supporting me because of "political content", then all I can really say is that's just downright petty. I know the point of my page is to post kink content, I know y'all need positivity this year, but if your takeaway from my post about today's events at the capitol is to say "ew, politics, I'm out", then I legitimately cannot fathom your lack of sympathy.

I hate hearing about politics, I hate posting about them, I wish the world was perfect and that I could just draw porn all day without worrying about anything, but peoples' safety and lives are on the line when shit like this happens. If things continue to escalate, this country could turn into a racist-led dictatorship or worse. It might not happen tomorrow, maybe it'll happen in a few weeks, months, years, hopefully it won't even happen at all, but that is a scary fucking thought no matter how you look at it. So many people would become targets for violence, including a number of my friends and their families, it's insane.

Again, I'm not gonna sit here and guilt you into giving me money, fuck that. Take care of yourselves, spend your money however you choose to do so, and I hope you all stay safe, especially right now if you're in the US. But if you're one of those people who has zero tolerance for "politics" and you don't understand why we need to talk about these issues, how much they affect peoples' lives and mental health, then I honestly don't know what to tell you. You stand for nothing and I hope you spend some time reflecting on that.

To those of you who do understand the severity of the situation and sympathize with creators and people in general who are honestly terrified and doing their best to keep moving forward right now, I thank you.
