Figured this was a good chance to try something new, and not just because the previous Raikou pic has drawn almost no interest whatsoever outside of Patreon, lol. Expect to see a refined version either later today or sometime tomorrow, depending on how much longer I'm able to stay up and what I can get done in that time. ^^;
