Official plans going forward (Patreon)

First off, I just want to thank all of you for your support, especially since I know I don't do it nearly enough.

A lot of you have stuck with me through all the ups and downs and all my continual changes in plans, you've given me some form of stability to rely on each month and I really do appreciate that. So, thank you.

In that same vein of thought, I'm actually kind of surprised that so many of you said you're okay with my last round of proposed changes. So, thanks again for being so supportive. ^_^;

Now, I hope I'm not taking advantage of your good will with my points below, but I think my ultimate goal should be flexibility. That's a fun keyword, right? :P

Solo Vote:

• Will be renamed to "Community's Choice"
• Will operate exactly the same, $5 Tier suggests characters, everyone pledging $3 or more can vote on the poll

Growth Sequence Vote:

• Will be renamed to "Press's Picks" (or something to that effect)
• This vote will still be a selection of my own ideas and everyone pledging $3 or more can participate
• However, these ideas will now include growth sequences and single images, depending on what I'm in the mood for
• There won't be a set pattern for the amount of single images vs. sequences, but I'll try to keep a balance

Avoiding burnout is always the main point to changes like these, but another important factor is opening doors to new possibilities, being flexible. 

• I want to do more commissions
• I want to draw my own ideas and characters
• I want to have more time to practice
• I want to catch up on milestone pics that I've neglected
• I want to have the option of doing fun stuff like cheap sketches or requests
• I want to build my audience
• I want to focus on making art, not stress about managing a schedule

Even with my previous suggestion of doing a growth sequence every other month, I don't think I can achieve what I want to do.

Maybe that's just part of being an artist, always wanting to do more and feeling like you can never do it all. I want to try though.
