I've pushed Design doll to its limits. The biggest issue is that the structure on the shoulders is really bad. Its this weird thing where their shape is defined by the chest blendshapes, but their scale is defined by the arm while being out of sync. This means as you make the body bigger the shoulders get exponentially bigger than everything else. Its a runaway effect. My only solution was to import some spheres to serve as mock shoulder placement (same technique I used with Faulkner) but If the program had better arm upper body support I think I'd be able to go even bigger.
