Small Update - Billing (Patreon)

This will not effect anyone presently a member, but I'm switching to Subscription Billing. If you're already a member, this will not effect you or how you pay in any way, shape, or form. For those who join up after, it means they'll be billed for a month and then billed on the same day each month they start as a patron. Not sure how that works if you start on the 29th through 31st. My main reason for doing this is that I've seen a lot of times where people pay in to basically grab all the exclusives and cancel on the same day. Again, for those of you already here, you'll continued to be billed at the start of the month. NO CHANGES.
