Argh, missed it! 😫 but glad you liked Second Chance. I had a feeling Nathan would've at least heard the song before. The song was massively overplayed when it first came out and I think that put a lot of people off looking further into the band, as the original did have the more over-produced sound and probably came across as quite generic when compared to other rock bands going strong at the time like Nickleback etc. Whilst I like both Nickleback and Daughtry, I find Shinedown much more relatable as a band. Their lyricism is just so much more real-life if that makes sense? They are not afraid to break the norm or speak out about issues that normally are overlooked etc. Next couple I send will be lyric vids from their 2022 album.
