This is a good one, 100%.  They're all great, but we are finally getting some some real lore. Lore galore.

Missouri is pretty cool. I think she knew she had to handle Dean like that, to get his attention and respect. I think she'd be good for them. The actress has done a lot of roles over the years and I always love seeing her in a show. I agree with you guys, that it's nice getting all this good lore and story stuff. I like meaty episodes. I was quickly becoming a "Dean Girl" by this point, so seeing him show that vulnerability in this episode just sealed the deal for me. I was a lost cause. lol But, I was worried about Sammy and what was happening with him. I was like Dean, and not comfortable knowing that he might be psychic.

This is the very first SPN episode I ever saw…back in 2005. I watched each week from here on and had to get the DVD when it came out at the end of that season so I could see the first 8 episodes. How times have changed. I especially like how they link this and E1 with an almost identical scene. Ep 1 John hands Sam over to Dean and says “Take your brother outside Dean, go”. In this one Same does the same with Richie and Sari with basically the same wording! One of the reasons SPN has such an involved fan base is how much the show is linked from Ep 1 through to the very last episode. It’s very easy to miss these things but as you continue on this journey you will have so many ‘Ah ha’ moments and ‘oh remember that’ moments. Enjoy the ride guys! This is a truly special show and you are in for such a journey!
