I'm finally able to watch this episodes reaction, so have more things to say, of course. This show is Very popular. Globally too. There's a lot of social media traffic and Kripke and his team do a really good job of maintaining interest during the downtime between seasons. It can take a while. The show only has 8 episodes, but takes a very long time to film. Because the episodes are so dense and there are so many characters and a lot happening. They also film a lot of extra content which they scatter about between seasons and use for Extra stuff. The show is popular for Reactions too, but the most interest is while the season is live, or shortly after. You'll likely get more interest in time, once the YT algorithm gets interested.
