We ask you to do us two favours:

1) If you find a mistake in the links (like a missing link, incorrect link, etc) report it to us.  We'll fix it asap.

2) Occasionally with very popular videos, once the Google doc hits a certain number of downloads of that file, it no longer allows access to it.  In those situations, report it to us, and we'll provide a Vimeo link.  

3) Please be patient with us. We are very aware that this is a paid service to you, and we will do our best to make sure you get access, but we're human too.  It'll get updated as soon as we can get to it.
