*NOTE: Some videos take a few hours to process.  That is normal, and unfortunately out of our control.  Occasionally when we upload a very popular video, some have pointed out that the document says that we've reached out daily limit of downloads.  PLEASE let us know if you get this message, and tell us which video you are trying to access.  We have pushed certain popular videos out to exclusive Vimeo links when this happens.
