Thanks so much for posting this. I'm hoping you'll continue and perhaps fans who miss the Discord reaction will start commenting. Drummer is fantastic, but so different from the actor (Cara Gee) who plays her. She looks and acts so differently that she's unrecognizable irl.

Welp, missed that one too live but just had a chance to watch it. You probably didn't notice all of Malinda's enigmatic smiles but I did!! As to the cancellation, it was announced during the airing of S3E6 ("I am that guy" episode). Probably one of the best episodes of the season! All of us were absolutely gutted, especially knowing all the fantastic story yet to come! I was part of the campaign as well, helping to fund the banner that flew over Amazon (#savetheExpanse). There was a science convention held on Memorial Day weekend that year (2018) and several members of the Expanse crew were present as well as Naren Shankar, the show runner. Bezos was getting an award and was on his phone a lot prior to the presentation. When it was time for him to be introduced, he stood up and said something like: I just wanted to let you all know, The Expanse is saved!" It was honestly one of my happiest moments!! I love this show so much. That announcement coincided with the airing of E8, another favorite of mine! So it was two weeks of sheer agony and true grit and boy did it pay off!! Enjoy the next season!
