Inheritance A42a CHEAT Build FIX (Patreon)

We had a few small items reported on Friday's release.  Couple of minor things related to the lab, kennels, and greenhouse.  Since the content for those things are all fairly limited, I opted to sit on those while other issues came in.  This build covers a few spelling and text box issues that were reported, along with fixes for the items I listed above.
