Got a bunch of little fixes, most of them are pretty minor issues. Lacking something game breaking, this will be the last fix before the next official build.

A41b

* Greatly increased the chance of Maki visiting after being met.

* Added exit from Anna's birthing scene.

* Fixed an issue where baby data wasn't displaying properly.

* Fixed an issue where Maki's repeat scene would sometimes repeat.

* Fixed a bit of broken code at the pool that was hanging up content there.

* Reworked some of the sauna content to more accurately match Anna and Eve's relationship levels at the time the scenes appear.

* The usual host of spelling, grammar, text box, and other minor fixes.

* Updated the Special Thanks area 5/17/19. If you think you belong on this list but your name isn't there, please let me know so I can get it fixed.
