I’m inclined to say TTYD; but it would be nice if the ‘skin’-color of the Koopas already in the game, matched these enemies!

TTYD for sure, the yellow skin gives me the impression that's there's another generic koopa but wears armor. The orange color makes them stand out more from the rest.

Prefer TTYD colors. Does TTYD differ from the original on 64?

TTYD Colors suit the art style within the castle. If you chose TOK colors they'd be far too bright for the shaders within that castle, they'd literally glow. We have tested as much, so the ttyd art style is much better suited for these enemies unless you plan on changing the shaders and lighting engine. The Ishuka Dolphin Twilight Princess team and myself have had an extremely hard time changing the lighting engine. Now we have made some progress according to our head its should work the same regardless which emulator you use. Thus, if we can figure out how to completely change the lighting we will share how with you on github.

Yes but the Koopas are yellow (TOK/Color Splash style) i'm going to erase the shaders so it can fit the syle

TOK brought back a similar shaders to PM64. Thus, I'm unsure as to why purging the shaders should be appropriate, any ideas? I have acess to TOK's Shaders do you want them?

I was talking about the shaders in-textures. Color Splash and Origami King use in-game graphics engine, that's totally different from the texture itself. It'd be really difficult to make that possible for a 64 game (Not post-processing effect. That's different)
