Lots of people mentioned but I would love to see you continue Jujutsu Kaisen! Its another shonen anime sure, but it's very good and I think a lot of the themes the show offers will give you plenty to dive into and discuss. If not that I'd also recommend a much older anime Soul Eater. One because the story telling is very good and two because the dub is great (and has basically the majority of the FMA:B dub cast which should be a treat.)
