I also felt the same way about the romance during the first season, although I didn't ship Kyo and Kagura. I think season two is when the romance really gets going.

Yeah I agree. Season 2 and 3 really shine in the romance department, as well as continuing to have great character depth. Looking back on season 1 now though I really appreciate the small moments between my favorite ships more.

So I recently tried rice porridge a couple weeks ago when I was sick, and let me tell you, it really is great for a cold. It didn't cure me or anything but it definitely made me feel better for a good chunk of the day.

Don't tell me Kagura is distancing herself from Kyo more because she doesn't want to damage their friendship. Obviously they have a weird dynamic, but they've also known each other for years and if she was deliberately distancing herself that would punch me in the gut. (update: seems like that is partially the case like Shigure said) Tohru saying she "wants to be a person who can accept whatever the truth is" makes more gears turn in my head regarding Kyo and that whole "I'm sorry" whisper. Wondering if Tohru learned whatever Kyo was sorry for, would she forgive him? Also noticed Kagura has a single bracelet on the same hand/arm as Kyo.
