Huge apologies for the short week and short notice, but life sort of caught up with me this week.

It's always interesting to me what a difference having fun and being excited makes in daily life. Periods of high excitement and enjoyment seem to require less sleep, for example. Where I can usually still feel tired after eight of sleep, in periods of high excitement I can exist on two or three and still be in high spirits.

As such, recently it feels like I've been making up for lost time in certain areas of my life, but the tradeoff has been burning the candle at both ends. This week it caught up to me and I crashed pretty hard.

So I'm taking the day to rest so that I can get back on a normal schedule and not have any more delays, at least for some time.

I really appreciate the understanding and all the kind words, and apologize again especially for the short notice.
