Will you also react to the DP graphic novel?

Nick

I was waiting for this! A great way to end my 19th birthday Thanks for making great content. I might update this with more thoughts after finishing the episode/reaction

Ana Andrade

I had the same exact thought about what happened to Rayla's parents. I do wonder how Viren would react to the fact that he didn't destroy the egg because of a lie.

Blackeyedlily

Enjoy seeing you experience Soren’s big moment! Plus Ezran riding around on a dragon is what I was looking forward to since you struck on the idea of the Dragon Prince having a double meaning. Something I hadn’t thought about before you said that. I also wonder about Rayla’s parents. If they aren’t trapped inside of those coins of Viren’s and how that might mean they could be rescued in the future.

I'm sure you'll get a lot of people commenting this later, especially when it goes live on YouTube, but that part after Janai (the sunfire elf) says, "We are not friends; she is my prisoner," Amaya signs something along the lines of, "She thinks I'm cute, but she hasn't admitted it yet." D'awwww! Also, that song at the end of the video is really cool--can I get the name of it?

agoodwintv

Epic speech from Soren :D Also telling the audience not to root for Viren lol

agoodwintv

Haha that is cute. I was wondering what she said. The song at the end is Koto San by Ofshane from YouTube's free audio library :)

KJ Gaona

This episode and the finale are everything I could have hoped for from this show! Can't wait!

Emma Root

Imagine Viren dragging that mirror down the mountain... and then all throughout Xadia haha

Itachi The Rouge

Just caught up and watched your December Q and A as well. My recommendations for shows to react to would be Attack on titan, demon slayer, fate stay night and fate zero, my hero academia, castlevania, bojack, money heist, and if you’re up for a long term adventure naruto and naruto shippuden. (Maybe just shippuden it’s got enough flashbacks to understand). Frankly I don’t care what you watch though you’re reactions and commentary is so good I’ll enjoy any of it!

Cody Taylor

Did you happen to watch the end credit pictures?

agoodwintv

Thanks for the recommendations :D Naruto is something that gets requested a lot. One reason it's extra appealing for me is that I have some friends who are really interested in it, and I can never participate in discussions about it lol

Itachi The Rouge

You would not regret Naruto in the slightest. It gets a lot of views. It’s a long term anime too. The animation starts off rough but when you get to shippuden it really cleans up. You can ignore filler episodes for the most part (it has a lot) and fans won’t mind. Its certainly in my top recommendations! So cool to actually get a reply from you. I love how involved you are with your fans let alone the quality of your content. You deserve way more than 15k subs.

What I assume happened with the elves assuming Rayla's parents fled is because there were no bodies and all the other dragon guard fled, some which I am sure they later caught a persecuted, so they just assumed they were still on the run. One question this episode left me though is how in the world Viren managed to carry that egg back to Katolis without King Harrow not knowing he didn't destroy it. Also the mirror now that I think about it! Does Viren know some magical teleport objects spell because discretely carrying an egg and also lugging an entire mirror back home with two horses seems impossible.

I'll admit I have not been on the Soren train. I didn't really like him until season 3. You've definitely been faithful since ep 1. I'm scared for Claudia. I like her, but what dark magic will she end up doing? Will it damage her soul? Will she and Callum have to face off?

Yusuf

I do not like the Elves and Dragons in general. They are very condescending and arrogant even when humans prove they are capable. Ibis literally saw Callum do the lightening sky arcanum spell. He was shaken for a second but then went back to this dumb, close-minded ways. Bunch of absolute pricks. TAKE EM DOWN VIREN! Aravos is bae. He even pointed out the arrogance of the Sunfire Elf queen. <3

Nick

Ibis seemed to be more like “you need to leave rather than focus your time learning magic from me” he was thinking about the dragon’s immediate safety. Plus he was actually much more receptive to Callum doing magic than the illusionist was

Elijah baker

Ya know this episode was the episode I finally was like okay sorin ur cool now I don’t LOVE him but he’s earned his keep I feel comfortable staning current sorin

agoodwintv

Lol the mirror. Yeah you raise a good point... What kind of dark magic allows him to transport all this stuff

agoodwintv

Yeah that's one of the bigger questions I have too... What will happen to Claudia? Could go any number of ways

agoodwintv

It's a big improvement over season 2's "let me swing a sword at a little girl," "let me create the world's most dangerous rope slide" Soren.

Something is missing for me in the Soren redemption arc. Not quite sure what it is, but it doesn't feel as satisfying as it should. Maybe because he did it without any help or guidance? Everybody needs somebody to help show them the way. A mentor, a friend... even just a book or a conversation with a stranger. Soren definitely hasn't been developed to be smart enough to make these kind of value judgements.

oragami53

I disagree, there are different kinds of intelligence and Soren has always been shown as emotionally intelligent. He clearly noticed his father's obsession with power from early on and has always cared a lot for the princes.

kingafreund

Am I the only one who wonders who really sent the Moonshadow Assassins? Like, they say they are acting on behalf of the Dragon Queen, but someone who essentially lost the will to live and just lay down to die doesn't strike me as vengeful? Maybe she was trying to provoke the humans into killing her as well, but that just seems irresponsible as the ruler of Xadia and if so, she could have just attacked Harrow herself? I don't know, something feels off. And I'm confused about Xadia's political landscape, is the Dragon King the central ruler of all of Xadia, or is Xadia divided into smaller kingdoms? Coz the Sunfire Elves feel somewhat independant, but both the Moonshadow and Skywing Elves seem to acknowledge the Royal Dragon Family as rulers, as do the humans? What about the other dragons? Are they all off doing their own thing, coz the Dragon Guard is just elves it seems?
