Fun Fact: If you notice what Claudia is reading in the Courtyard, it's "Love Amongst the Dragons", the same title of the play that Zuko said the Ember Island Players butchered every year. :)

Yay I'm so excited!!! Two more of my favorite shows coming up! I think you'll really like the lore/magic that shows up, it's super neat. Getting past Jack deSena's voice takes a bit of effort, but all in all is a great show. Though it's a bit more obviously a show meant for kids (similar to the vibe of Avatar S1).

It's not, it's someone much younger, I don't know who. I know that at least because Kya's voice actress was a main character on House so I'm positive it's not her.

Soren is such a lovable character. Even though I don't normally like the strong and handsome but dumb teenager trope, Soren really grew on me.

I like TDP, and I'll watch the next book when it comes out, but I do have my issues with it, mostly in pacing, and in balancing the silly kid-friendly goofiness and the more serious parts. For me it hasn't grabbed me like Avatar/Korra or Adventure Time.

In your review/overview of Korra, when commenting on the romance in the show, you said how it is typically one of your least favorite parts of a story. I almost said something then, but I’ll say it now. In light of that, it’s amusing that you always pick up on a character’s crush as soon as there’s any hint of it in the story. 😂 I look forward to re-watching this with you. I’ve only wwatched this series once, as opposed to the many times I have watched ATLA. I’m curious when the next season is scheduled to drop.

Lol that is true! You know... thinking about it some more right now, I think for some reason I enjoy relationship dynamics more when they're really awkward or hopeless. It's funny and relatable to me cause I spent a lot of time in that hopeless state 😂
