Thanks to mr. Forsythe for choosing 44 tier, although he didn't said anything ever after dropped the money, I still had responsibility to make it because the tier say so and I wrote the tier itself.

In other hand I kinda felt thankful for him because it's felt like he just come by, give the money, and more or less tell me that I can do whatever I want with it.

Not that I wasn't thankful to other Commissioners, I'm deeply grateful for all, but this is rare so I am just being whinny about it.

In truth, all of this I say might as well be all my delusive speculations, maybe he can't reply to me for some reasons, or he might as well didn't see the messages, their are many reasons I possibly don't know, but since he don't reply within the time, I've took it as he want me to do anything I want with it. (I'm Sorry and thanks for choosing the tier)
