Choose 1 or 2 of the maps you like! (It's multiple choice)

A 'prototype' in game design is "the simplest possible execution of a design concept". I've attached a copy of the game that has all three map systems, fully functioning (but very barebones). Reach the orange hut/fox-girl tile to 'win'. There may be additional features like treasure tiles / healing tiles / friendly locations in the final version.

  • Exploration: Multiple routes to the end, randomly generated, you can go in any direction and even try and clear every square if you really want.
  • Paths: A limited number of options and you can't go backwards. Simple and clean. Some level of RNG.
  • Region: A map with points of interest/villages you can go between, kind of like pokémon? RNG spawns, but the map itself is fixed.

You don't have to play the test build to vote if you don't want to, I've provided the details. Leave a comment if there's something else you'd like to see. 

I'll let the poll run for at least 1 week, likely longer.
