Kitchen Cooks: Dinner is Served (Patreon)

Update to Kitchen Cooks! Order up: steak dinner, spaghetti and meatballs, vanilla and chocolate cakes, and bacon cheeseburgers.

Added new time trial levels: Dinner Easy and Dinner Hard. Though be warned, the "Easy" dinner is comparatively harder than the "Hard" lunch levels. Re-organized some of the playable levels: Brunch was by far the least popular level, so I removed it and reorganized those menu items into the breakfast and lunch levels.

Plus, now you can order anything you want from the restaurant using the  electronic menu device.. great for just hanging out, inventing your own rules, or roleplaying.

The bunch expansion included breakfast items like pancakes and these recipes use some of the same ingredients, plus some new ones!

This is part of my little "go back and update old worlds" campaign. So in addition to new content, this update also includes some networking fixes that I came up with while making Kitchen Versus Kitchen. The versus mode might get some of these recipes, but probably not all of them, for performance reasons.
