The robot switched it's attention to Aleisha's upper back. It retrieved a one of a pair of strange can-shaped objects and busied itself around Aleisha's shoulder blades. After a momentary tingle, Aleisha discovered a feeling where the strange device had been implanted. The process was repeated with the second of the objects. Being behind her head, Aleisha couldn't get a direct view and had to content herself with the distorted reflection in the walls. A pair of large gauges now resided in her upper back. Aleisha's past experience riding motorcycles told her what they were: a speedometer definitely and likely a tachometer as well. It then attached a pair of mirrors to her shoulders.
While Aleisha was trying to identify her new gauges, the robot silently reached to the shackles over her head and released her arm. It fell, limp from being overhead so long. The robot caught her shoulder and twisted it backward. It applied the tip of it's strange arm tool and Aleisha found herself unable to move the shoulder from it's new position. She panicked, twisting the rest of the arm and hand away from the cold grasp. It was futile as the robot's strength was many times hers. One joint at a time, she found her arms positioned as handle bars. The position should have been painful but Aleisha didn't feel anything. By the time the robot reached her wrist, Aleisha had given up and let the robot have its way. She screamed again when her hand and wrist were tossed onto the parts cube like some kind of waste material. The robot took some component that Aleisha didn't at first identify and, after a few moments, attached it to where Aleisha's hand had been. Aleisha, more dread than curiosity, took a look at the device. A hand brake and throttle.
The process was repeated on Aleisha's left side. This time, it was a clutch and gear switch handle. Aleisha slowly began to get feeling in the strange new appendages. The robot twisted each, to test it, and Aleisha could feel it position of the control. She shook her head sadly. She didn't want to be a motorcycle forever and hoped that this was all some kind of strange special effect.
The robot abruptly turned to the table with her hands on it and pushed it out through a side door that Aleisha hadn't even realized was there. A larger door opened a few moments later and a large glass and metal packing crate was pushed towards Aleisha. A robot let down one side and a second robot wheeled her into the case. It made some adjustments to her position and then turned on the suspension field. Aleisha was sealed into the crate and the robots left.
