(NEW TIERS IN JAN 2024) Feeling Like a Refresh (Patreon)

***UPDATE 2 (8/29):  I've given this a bit more thought, and I *think* I've found a solution that may be good!

NEW proposal is as follows,

I'm considering putting a CAP on the current $10 tier now until January, when I may switch over to this set of new tiers (everyone who is currently subbed and hasn't yet received a gift piece will receive one <3)

• $2 Tier = Early access to art & commission openings, hi-res versions of all SFW images
• $5 Tier = Prev Benefits + Poll access, WIPs, SFW Timelapses, Tutorials, 5% Commission + Shop Discount
• $10 Tier = Prev Benefits + All NSFW alts and other content, 10% Commission + Shop Discount
• $20 Tier = Sketch Gift Tier (5 Slots per month) Access to all previous benefits + Once a month timed 30min art of the character of your choosing (*May* be streamed on my partner's Twitch for funsies until I get comfy streaming on my own?)

I felt like this was a better idea, since it allows me to give *more* gifts to people while not spending *too* much extra time away from my main work. I'm going to try to make some bases or designs as well, but since that's not really something I can guarantee the time for, I think this outlines all of the basics for now <3

I feel a bit bad that this means current subs may lose access to a lot of benefits, however I know it's also just.. impossible for me to please *everyone*, and I'm trying to consider that if I want to keep this up as a full-time career, it may be better to paywall more content. I'm really grateful for those people who are able and kind enough to support me like this, so thank you from the bottom of my heart 🥰💕

***UPDATE: After thinking a bit more, and discussing the $20 sketch tier with my partner.. It does feel a bit...counter-intuitive for myself, so I will likely be finding another way to implement sketches. But again MY EARS ARE OPEN if anyone has suggestions! <3

So I've really been itching to give this page a refresh, and think about how I can balance my content while still bringing in a nice passive income. Things are quite tough, but I still want to deliver as much as I can <3

My first question is: What is something you would like to see from me here?

This could be a specific part of my process, a tutorial for something, designs or ych ideas, or even things like ideas for sub tier reworks. My ears are always open to you guys, and I want to make things worth your while here <3

Some personal thoughts:

I did poll/ask about this situation a bit ago, but to be quite honest- I *still* feel off about the way the Blossom tier currently works. I definitely am leaning towards doing a higher priced tier and just capping it off, so that people can rotate out and get art more often.
Its easy to do it the way I have it now, but without a cap there are definitely people who may join for months, and never see their art gift. I feel really bad about this and I want to change that ;-;

However I also want to think about a more financially beneficial way to structure my tiers, and maybe give people the option to sub to a non NSFW tier if they prefer?
I'm not sure if this is actually desired by subs or not, so this is why I ask also <3

As another note- I have finally turned my time-lapse recording feature on by default (I think) in clip studio, so I WILL be releasing more time-lapses than just the fanart ones now! :D

My idea for reworking things is along the lines of this:

-$2 Tier = Early access to art, high res versions, general support to me
-$5 Tier = Prev Benefits + Poll access, WIPs, SFW Timelapses
-$10 Tier = Prev Benefits + NSFW alts, NSFW Timelapses
-$20 Tier = Special tier for Colored Sketch piece- may be capped to just 1 per month for now?

Do you feel this is a fair system? I think I'll be letting people choose between a bust or chibi for this new tier if so, as it's basically a very discounted commission slot haha.

I wanted to open the discussion about this again, and give you guys the opportunity to let me know how you feel about these potential changes/or how you feel about my current tiers ^^

PLEASE NOTE: I will NOT be changing any of the tiers without giving a very clear and proper notice to everyone here! So please do not stress about that, this is just me brainstorming for now <3
