Sweet boys...I’ve been thinking of maybe recording a yoga session...not necessarily as a fantasy (but now that I think about it, that would be hot...adding to the to-do list) but a follow-along session for those who incorporate yoga into their regular wellness routine.

Do I have any sweet pets who are Yogis?

Plus, you know, it's pleasant to imagine being told to focus on Scarlet's ass in tight yoga pants. So, there's that too.

This confirms that I need to adopt a wellness routine

I could always hypnotize you to turn that into reality - perhaps others would be interested in a little extra motivation too.. Maybe I’ll post a picture of me in a pose... xxxScarlet

A great fantasy session would involve going to a yoga class, and the teacher (Scarlet / Mia) starts talking the class through poses, and starts talking about how important it is to listen very closely to her words, and breathing very deeply, and to focus your attention on her, and listen....and before you know it all that matters are her words...and wait, was I in a yoga class? Doesn't matter...

Love the idea. Would be great to have an audio yoga session. I occasionally follow a Yoga DVD. But a an audio Yoga session and being instructed by Scarlet. Yes please.

I love this idea too... between your email last night and this comment, you've been a creative genius.. I'm real big into Yoga, so I'm definitely going to add this to my to-do list.

I also would love to listen to a yoga session, or even one just for general wellness. I kind of think you have a way with being persuasive and a bit of persuasion to live better is always needed.

Agree with Micheal’s comment. I have been practicing yoga about 6 times a week for the last 8 months. I really see a parallel in the “nidra” message during the final resting pose and the meditative hypnosis that you offer. I guess a yoga teacher is hypnotic in general because you are following directions while you make one breath/one movement. The teachers are usually women and enjoy inflicting discomfort in the service of growth.
