Cosmic Dreamscape - Lucid Dreaming with Mia Croft

Lucid dreaming refers to the ability to actively control your dreams when asleep. It allows for creative and adventurous scenes which may not exist in reality. Your brain naturally incorporates your conscious thoughts and emotions into your dreams. By thinking calm, positive, and enjoyable thoughts about space before sleeping, you’ll be more likely to dream about space.
