hello friends - christian here.  if you're a new patron thank you so much for signing up!!! i can't express how much it means to me and i'm beyond excited to work with you.  i really truly love doing this.  

first things first - we do some internal onboarding here for reasons i'll explain momentarily.  most of you reading this will have already been in contact with Taylor who will help you through the onboarding process - if you have NOT been in contact with Taylor, please fill out the form attached with your information.  this is the information *I* use so i can give you the best mentorship experience i can.

secondly - i received a fantastic question in my inbox today about payment for the tiers.  i have no interest in taking anybody's money without adequately providing them with product/service.  for the sake of full transparency - patreon kinda sucks, and there is no option to subscribe on date X and have your membership renew on date X of the following month.  the way patreon is set up is that you pay whenever you subscribe, and then you pay again on the 1st of the month following. 

the reason we do the onboarding process that we do is so we can build an inventory and accounting system FOR you.  when you pay, regardless of payment DATE, you get what you pay for.  so for example, if you subscribe on September 23rd and pay $150 for Mechanized Master, you now have a BALANCE in our internal account for 3 feedback sessions, and 1 fix session (and whatever else comes with it etc, its like 1 am and i'm going off the top of my head lol).  if you pay AGAIN on october 1st, you will have a total of 6 feedback sessions and 2 fix sessions, etc.  the shit you pay for rolls over and does not expire, EVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.  if you paid for it, you get it, we keep track!
