here's the new vid.  long as FUCK i am sorry haha.  very difficult concept to go over (obviously)  - the way i would recommend going about this is to watch the video first, download the rack and practice a little bit second, and then watch the video again to try to FULLY understand everything!  the webcam capture got in the way of the interface a few times but it eventually showed what was covered up hopefully it all makes sense to you.  If you have any questions feel free to ask!
