Lmao Garp and Sengoku are like Mordecai and Rigby from Regular Show. Even though Garp causes problems for Sengoku all the time, they're still best friends, fighting over senbei and stuff. I highly recommend checking out One Piece Strong World Episode 0. It is a set up for the Strong World film, but contains a lot of Official Canon. Bon Clay's song is a play on words in the orginal Japanese. People like him are called okama in Japan (translated as queer here) and he sings "Okama way! Oh, come my way!" which is lost in translation.
