#978 Hex M. Witch (Patreon)

This was originally going to be the second in a series of original witches (see rough sketch) but I wasn't satisfied with her design. I was going to scrap the drawing altogether, but then I had the idea to rework it into Hexy wearing a cute Mismagius themed witch hat. <3
