update: my lovely husband bought me Chicago Bulls tickets vs the Knicks on the 21st for my birthday so I’ve moved the first stream back to the 23rd!

Hello! After my sabbatical following bike guys around Europe, I've come home to roost, and it's time to get back into doing the livestreams and other content. (Also I have a big announcement about McMansion Hell I will be able to share with you soon -- some of you know already, but hopefully things will be settled before this livestream and I can reveal it to the rest of you!)

In order to thank you all for your patience, I will be doing two Patreon-wide livestreams with Bingo. Normally livestreams are for $5+ /month subscribers but because I've been away the last couple of months, I wanted to make sure everyone got a chance to participate and ask questions, and submit houses.

Posts will go up with the specifics a few days before the streams.

New McMansion Hell drops Monday, and I have completed the next several installments in advance.

Thanks again for everything,
Kate

I can't resist sharing this house, for sale in New Hampshire. Nothing too awful about it, but you have to love the tag line "If you ever wanted to live in a Crate and Barrel catalogue, here's your chance!" Enjoy https://www.marthadiebold.com/listing/4883803/160-court-street-haverhill-nh-03765/

By coincidence, my siblings and I have a house in Haverhill, NH (the other side of town, near Bath). I know the house in that listing (it's right outside of Haverhill Corner, arguably one of the most beautiful villages in New England.) This may be the first time a place I know came up on here!

That is the most amazing architectural achievement I have ever seen. HOW did they manage to make it look so thoroughly and consistently like a cheap cardboard model?
