I stitched this cute colonial revival house as one of my Christmas gifts and technically it counts as a good house of the week right??? Looking forward to the next year of McMansion Hell!

What a sweet house! I love how you did a little asymmetry with the shrubbery. These could be natives kept at a natural shape (which also means less work for the homeowner). Your design makes the place look elegant rather than matchy-matchy. Also, I like the cheery but traditional colors. Gray can be pretty but it’s so ubiquitous now I fear it might just mean that we’re all depressed. I’m sure the recipient loved this gift. Nice work!

Looks quite a lot like the house I grew up in in CT!
