Updates! (Patreon)

Howdy folks, I got hella snagged having to travel for work related purposes pretty much every week this month, and am thus behind on the rewards. (Sorry!) But here's some updates! 

GHOTW: I'm wrapping up the Virginia post (it should be up later today or tomorrow) and have lots of bonus content for all rewards tiers (10 good houses and several bad). 

Bonus Essay: This will be out next week. 

Livestream: There will be a livestream next Monday (December 3rd) evening from 8:30-10:30 EST. 

Bonus Roasts: Got snagged with legal image use stuff regarding using photos/renders of new buildings by architects. Until I get a clear fair use answer, these posts will be devoted to historical architecture by dead architects instead. 

Archives: somebody got me a scanner (!!!) for my birthday, so these posts will finally start taking off in the way they're supposed to. 

Secondly, some exciting news, which I'll be announcing on the blog on December 1st: There will be a McMansion Hell Gingerbread House contest this year! It'll start December 1st and the winner will be announced January 2nd. First prize winner will receive $250 and a t-shirt from the store, and the second and third prize winners will receive merch from the store as well. 

Thirdly, I will be taking a three week vacation from the last two weeks of December through the first week of January. This time will be used to focus on my book proposal, judge y'all's gingerbread houses, and to generally recharge. All Patron rewards will thus be delivered the first two weeks of December and will return to normal in January. 

Finally, thank you to everyone who sent me birthday wishes! Here's to the next quarter century, I guess!
