Hey everyone! I have some important things to announce about changes to my Patreon and the future of KAI. Let's go!

KAI NEWS

Yes, there will be a post-chapter hiatus. KAI will return in the Fall on Monday October 5, 2020. (Don't worry, patrons will always have early access to pages, more on that below...)

But, during the hiatus I will still be posting tons of character drawings, minicomics, fanart, and more on social media, as well as working on merchandise, which I am very excited about! There's already a Q&A and other bonus content in the works, which I will be sharing with you all on the Discord server before I share them publicly.

ALSO I hope you check in on Tapas on August 6! You might see Kai in an unexpected place... 😊

PATREON CHANGES

I've added three tiers: $3 (Wave), $5 (Riptide) and $12 (Lagoon) which you can check out on my main page https://www.patreon.com/queenue but here's the main rundown:

• WAVE:  Monthly PSD package of comic sketches, exclusive WIPs, behind-the-scenes and bonus content, as well as access to Patreon-exclusive livestreams where I will either be working on comic pages, or upcoming art prints/stickers.
• RIPTIDE: HD KAI wallpaper download, and access to all future wallpapers (3-4/year).
• LAGOON: A physical art print and personal note sent to your doorstep, as well as all future prints (3-4/year). 

If you have any questions about these changes, please ask!

Going forward, I'll create patron-exclusive polls for what the upcoming art print/wallpaper should be. This month, I'm using a floral print theme, based on my Twitter followers who wanted to see more florals from me. Here is a little sketch of what is coming ($12 patrons will get to see this when it's finished, and the final prints will be mailed out to them on September 1st):

In addition to these changes, I am going to start advertising a special offer on Monday! Current and new patrons who pledge to any tier between August 3 and September 1 will be able to see the first part of Chapter Two two weeks earlier than the official premiere. I am going to make this a fun early release party with a livestream where I answer questions and take sketch requests. So look forward to that!
