Well I usually give more attention to the anatomy only in the most visible areas (like his left arm in this case) and this gives a false feeling that all the rest of the anatomy is correct. You don’t need to draw all the anatomy perfectly, just draw simple shapes and use references to draw the anatomy nicely on the most visible areas. Hope it helps!
