These are great! I love art styles that understand how to do more with less. I wonder, does the pen/line tool you use automatically make the points super sharp, or is that something you have to fix later on?

I usually make the two lines intersect in Adobe Animate, and I just chop off the lines to a fine point by clicking and dragging them. It's kinda hard to explain, but it's a much simpler method than erasing them or using the pen tool.
