Aye Aye Eyes- Scrapped Bits (Patreon)

My latest animation is out today! It's just something small, a little reference to Dexter's Lab, which you can see here:

Above are some scrapped bits from it! I had always intended on animating the scene with the heart background, and started with it first. Somewhere along the line, I experimented with animating more of the music video from the Dexter episode, but abandoned it because I wanted to focus on another animation that wasn't just a reference to something else. Maybe someday I'll revisit this, but here's basically everything I got done with it before moving on.

Also included the heart scene before I totally re-did the colors for the hearts. I originally just color-picked from the Dexter clip, but since it was dirty footage from the late 90s, the colors were really muted and gross.
