Puja's City - Part 2 [Update] (Patreon)

Hey guys! 

I'm finally off work for christmas so I can dedicate time to editing a part 2 for Puja's City! Thanks to everyone for the support and great/useful feedback!

Originally I wasn't going to do a Part 2 but when looking through the footage I shot, I had more footage I was happy to use than I previously anticipated. This one will be shorter than part 1 but not significantly. 

In the background I am also preparing for another shoot & movie with Puja, which should be happening in early 2023! I will post more previews for you guys as I make more progress with this over the coming weeks. 

I am trying to step it up significantly with this next shoot & movie. Firstly with the shoot itself, I found in the first shoot I did take good shots but I lacked clear direction in my head as to how it would go down. Now I understand I need to know exactly what shots I need before the shoot, and any extras we think of in the moment are a bonus.

Secondly with the edits, the sfx in terms of fire/explosions etc was more like a proof of concept for me in this movie. I'm happy with the idea now & how it looks/ accentuates the movie so I wish to get more adventurous with this. I've accepted I will need to upgrade my setup significantly if I wish to get serious with this. Can you guys believe I've been cranking out every single edit/movie from a 2016 macbook air lmao? 🤣 

Thirdly with the city itself, I got some useful feedback about the buildings/other elements of the city. I am using different buildings for this next shoot and structuring the city slightly differently. The vehicles are also different (I have chosen to make my own this time which are far better than the previous). Long story short the new improvements all help to incorporate a more professional & realistic style to the movie as a whole.
