Change in Tiers (Patreon)

Hey all. So I'm doing some restructuring and I've decided to make some adjustments to how I am handlingmy subscriptions.

Since I find it difficult to think of exclusive content for Rebels and even more for Insurgents, I'm combining them into a single tier. That way, it keeps things simple and everyone has access.

That being said, it will affect pricing. I intend to have everything set to a single $5 tier.
