Greetings, vikings!

I'm very excited to share with you today the new benefits of your Tiers! 

It took me some time until I was really sure how I want to revise the different benefits of the old variants. I thank all of you who gave me feedback on the previous perks and told me your wishes. Now I want to explain to you what I changed and why.

The issues of the old Tiers

I noticed some things a long time ago that I would have liked to do differently after I had gained more experience with Patreon. First of all, with the old categories, there were three different quality levels as far as my artwork was concerned: 4K with watermark, 4K without watermark, and 8K without watermark. In hindsight, I see it as a major criticism to offer you guys on Patreon the images in 4K but with watermarks. So that was one of the first aspects I wanted to change. Currently, I also had the challenge that due to the total of four different render qualities (the ones mentioned above plus 1080p for the general public) the post-processing of the images and the preparation for publishing them took significantly more time than I had intended.

I have now adjusted it so that everyone who supports me as Einherjar will receive the future sets in 4K, completely without watermarks.

With this adjustment, all of you who support me as Heimdall will receive all sets in one archive in 8K, without watermarks.

Thus, the individual roles have clearer objectives, so you can distinguish them more easily and better recognize your advantages. 

Overview of the new benefits of each tier

Viking

Choose this Tier if you want to show your appreciation of my work.

Einherjar

Choose this tier if you want to get access to my content in an adequate quality.

Heimdall

Choose this Tier if you want to get access to all of my content in 8K!

Valkyrie

Choose this Tier if you:

• want to get access to all of my content in native 8K
• are a huge fan and want to take influence on future sets
• are a 3D artist and want to train with my project files or use them as inspiration

Summary of changes

Viking remains the same and gives you insights into my work in return. Einherjar is the cheaper way to get new content from me in good quality. Heimdall offers the benefit of having an archive for all sets in addition to the best image quality. And Valkyrie goes beyond the general stuff and offers you more perks, either for all of you who want to support me further or for fellow artists who want to get some insights from behind the scenes.

About other ideas

Another request was to add comics or short stories back, among other things. Comics I want to leave out at the moment, because they would need my time as well. Time that I would rather invest in current projects. I have decided to offer you short stories about the sets again in the future. If you like them please let me know, the higher the demand is the more I will add them.

Important Valkyrie changes

You've probably noticed that this means the ability to participate in polls has been removed from Heimdall. Although you will now receive the sets in 8K in return - as mentioned earlier - I would like to accommodate you and all those who have supported me as Valkyrie so far. 

Valkyrie is reduced by 25% and is now only 12€. 

Since I can not change the price of a tier with active supporters I have added it new on my Patreon. So I ask all active Valkyrie members to change to the cheaper version.

Rollout of the changes

Within the next few days I'll still update the welcome notes and unlock the new content for the designated tiers. Here I ask for your patience.
