Cindy's statement to Simon and his response is just beautiful. A good end to Cindy's flashback. I wonder what will happen as Lexi goes back to school. I imagine everyone will notice how big she's gotten and bully her, though I hope that she will stand up to them. I also wonder if her dad will arrive to school and demand she come back and resume her diet. I do wonder what happens next. If Lexi will call him out, do to him what cindy did to Simon or if he'll follow her to cass's house and yell at Cass and Cindy for enabling Lexi's weight gain and diet. I can see him being all "YOU TWO LARD BLOBS ARE MAKING MY DAUGHTER INTO ONE OF YOU! I AM HERE TO TAKE HER BACK FROM YOU FATTENING INFLUENCE!". All while Cindy tries to be calm and civil. Maybe Cindy or Lexi will give him the pastry that will lead to him becoming fat and knowing what it's like.

This story keeps getting more suspenseful with each page and I love it. I wonder what this will mean for Lexi moving forward

And the plot thickens! Not as much as any of their waistlines, but thickens nonetheless ;) Really liked that resolution there, it's a good way to wrap Cindy's backstory up and gives Cass a few new dimensions too. I think that might be the first "fuck" we've had in the story so far, and it suits the more serious tone of the flashbacks. Back to school at last, let's see what those naughty cheerleaders are up to, and maybe Lexi and Cass will cook up a lil something for them-weightgain shakes, a balloon creampuff... Utterly adore that last Cindy panel, the lighting and emphasis on just how big and soft she is really hits home. With all this magical food around, it's a wonder Cass isn't six-hundred pounds by now!

I expect we'll see Lexi's Dad or Mom again at some point, and Cindy seems just the kinda gal to bake a conciliatory cake for the parents after such an extended sleepover. Though I almost don't want the dad to get fat, I feel he's undeserving of such wonderful softness. But then, so might Cindy's ex-husband so I dunno.

Perhaps Cindy would try to be civil and nice to them. I would see Lexi's mom trying to show kindness towards Cindy and Cass. I just thought that John (Lexi's dad) would be angry and hostile towards the two. That he would be angry that Cass made his daughter fat, how she encouraged her to cheat on her diet, encouraging her to run away from home and lastly encouraging her to embrace her fatness. He would probably have visceral rage towards Cass for all this. That he wouldn't be in a place for a calm discussion. I thought Lexi is scared of school, not just because the mean cheerleaders and other students will be there mocking her weight, but it's also the first place her dad will look for her. I wonder what she'll have to do to be free of her dad once she meets him.

Oh I can sense some fun will be had when she has to go back to School. Maybe some bullying and name calling from the cheerleaders. Or maybe Butt slams another chair to oblivion. I’m so excited!
